Actually Mean.
Each layer of legal protection serves a specific function within an integrated shield. They operate simultaneously and reinforce one another.
A registered trademark confers the exclusive right to use a name or mark in commerce. Registered with the Kenya Intellectual Property Institute under Class 36 (financial services, monetary affairs, banking), and Class 42 (software as a service (SaaS, these marks cannot be used commercially by any third party without licence. Registration creates a public record and a legal presumption of ownership, which simplifies enforcement in courts of law. Through the Madrid Protocol, these registrations extend to all participating jurisdictions without the requirement of separate national filings.
A service mark identifies the source of a service rather than a physical product. Service marks registered with the Kenya Copyright Board protect the institutional identity of the sovereign entities under establishment within The African Federation: the Pan African Court℠, the Central Bank of Africa℠, and the United African Defence Force℠. These marks signal to the world that these institutions have an identified author, an identified owner, and a jurisdiction in which that ownership is legally established.
Copyright protects original literary and artistic works from the moment of their creation. No registration is required for copyright to subsist under the Berne Convention, though KECOBO certification certificates provide formal evidentiary standing. Copyright protection covers the text, structure, and expression of the frameworks authored by David Okiki Amayo Jr., and extends for the lifetime of the author plus seventy years. This means the legal architecture of The African Federation is protected well beyond the horizon of the present century.
Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) assigned through the CERN Zenodo Open Repository provide each publication with a permanent, globally resolvable citation. They constitute immutable timestamped proof of publication, establishing beyond question the priority of authorship and the date on which each framework was committed to the public record. DOI registration is the academic and institutional standard for establishing intellectual provenance. Every primary framework of ASDT® carries a permanent DOI.
The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), is the foundational treaty of international copyright law. With 181 signatory states, it requires member nations to protect the works of authors from other member countries as though those works were their own nationals' works. Protection is automatic, requires no registration in the foreign jurisdiction, and takes effect from the moment the work is created. The frameworks of ASDT® are therefore simultaneously protected in the overwhelming majority of the world's sovereign nations.

Africa possesses the most extraordinary resource wealth on earth: mineral reserves valued at USD 29.5 trillion in mine site value, of which USD 8.6 trillion remains undeveloped, per the Africa Finance Corporation's Compendium of Africa's Strategic Minerals 2026. It also possesses the most extraordinary record of that wealth being extracted, exported, and monetised to the exclusive benefit of others. The Ndege Group exists to end that record permanently.
For decades, the continent's development challenges have been mischaracterised as problems of poverty, education, or political will. They are, in fact, problems of architecture. Africa has never lacked intelligence, ambition, or wealth. It has lacked the institutional infrastructure capable of retaining that wealth on the continent and deploying it in the service of African people rather than foreign creditors and extractive enterprises.
The intellectual properties registered within this document are the architectural drawings of a different future.
