Multilateral Treaty and Unified African Maritime Border

The primary agenda objective centred on advancing the comprehensive multilateral treaty drafted by ASDT®, designed as the foundational instrument for establishing the United African Defence Force© alongside an asset-backed digital currency for all signatory states. The unified African maritime border framework, with implementation planned by the second quarter of 2030, formed the principal treaty deliverable of the sessions.

Finalising the UADF© Framework

Working sessions deliberated on secondment protocols, force integration strategies, and operational readiness measures to establish a cohesive and capable continental defence apparatus equipped to address emerging security challenges across the continent's territorial jurisdictions.

Strategic Capacity Building

Delegates explored advanced military training programmes, the provision of aerial, surveillance, and naval assets, and the strategic development of sustainable training facilities across member nations to build the capacity the continental defence framework requires.

Controlled Investor Engagement

Sessions examined forward-thinking investment models including OmniGaza® for defence sector capital deployment, barter agreements involving the strategic exchange of goods and sovereign rights, and the potential architecture of a harmonised African currency to transform regional economic integration on terms that serve the continent.

Unveiling the African Federation Treaty Framework©

The central institutional moment of SS25 was the formal unveiling of the African Federation Treaty Framework© by ASDT's Founder and Chairman in his keynote address. The AFTF© is the first institutional design mechanism created by Africans to mathematically resolve six fundamental paradoxes of continental governance: sovereignty versus cooperation, trust versus verification, incentive alignment, value capture, market legibility, and authority bootstrapping. It integrates the UADF©, OmniGaza®, the African Sovereign Development Finance Fund© and the African Rare Earth Mineral Fund© into a single cohesive continental architecture.
