Category Import & Export Opportunities
Authority AFTF© Aligned

These sovereign trade mandates represent the commercial engine of the African Federation; the mechanisms by which the continent's agricultural wealth and natural resources are transformed into high-value export commodities under African stewardship and sovereignty. Each initiative is a direct implementation action of the African Federation Treaty Framework©, structured to capture value on-continent rather than surrendering it at the point of extraction or harvest.

The Trust's import and export framework ensures that every transaction within these mandates is structured to benefit the communities from whose soil or labour the value originates. Expressions of Interest are evaluated on a rolling basis. There is no fixed closing date. Formal commencement follows the successful conclusion of due diligence and KYC verification.

Trade Mandates

Four Mandates.
One Sovereign
Trade Architecture.

Each initiative listed here is a direct implementation action of the African Federation Treaty Framework©. Together they constitute ASDT®'s import and export portfolio, spanning sovereign mineral trade, premium floriculture, livestock and beef export chains, and agricultural supply. These are not extractive arrangements surrendering value to foreign processors. They are sovereign trade architectures designed to ensure that the wealth generated from African land, African labour, and African natural resources is captured, processed, and traded on terms defined in Nairobi, Accra, Bujumbura, Dodoma, Kinshasa, and Kampala, not in foreign capitals.

Engagement Framework Rolling Assessment Active

Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® operates under a continuous investment review framework and does not adhere to a traditional fixed tender timeline. For the Ndege Gold© mandate, which has been formally awarded, the full procurement and award publication is available on SSRN (Abstract ID: 6168632) and further details on the mandate are published at thendegegroup.com/operations/mandates/ndege-gold.
