Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® draws together specialists in sovereign finance, constitutional law, blockchain architecture, extractive industry, agricultural trade, institutional governance, digital infrastructure, and continental diplomacy. Every role exists in service of a single, undivided mandate: the construction of the African Federation.

Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® administers frameworks of continental consequence: a treaty architecture for the unification of 54 sovereign nations, a mineral fund with a capitalisation target in the billions, a blockchain platform for intra-African commerce, a sovereign central bank, and a continental judicial system. The operational footprint spans Nairobi, the Seychelles, and London, with active project presence across Central, East, West, and Southern Africa.
The work carried out within this institution is structurally distinct from that of most organisations operating at comparable scale. There are no inherited bureaucracies to navigate, no legacy systems constraining what can be built, and no ceiling above the ambition of the mandate. The Trust operates on a tri-jurisdictional basis and draws colleagues from across the African continent and diaspora. Roles span advisory, operational, technical, and strategic functions. Where a particular mandate is at an early stage of activation, relevant specialists may be engaged as the project advances. The Trust does not fill roles for their own sake.

How positions
are filled.
When positions become available, The Ndege Group® publishes them on its LinkedIn company page. This is the Trust's primary channel for formal vacancy announcements. Following the page ensures that availability is visible at the point it is published.
The Trust does not operate rolling applications for general vacancies. Positions are assessed and filled as the operational requirements of each mandate demand. Availability is periodic and specific to the stage of activation of each programme. When a mandate accelerates, the associated talent requirement follows.
Individuals with a compelling profile who wish to register their interest ahead of any formal listing are encouraged to write to the Strategic Executive Office. All correspondence received is reviewed and retained on record. Where a profile is well-matched to a future requirement, contact will be initiated directly from the Trust's side.

Completion of KYC does not constitute an offer of employment; it constitutes the opening of a verified institutional record.
