The Ndege Group® Registers "Ndege MarketPlace and Sindiyo Farms" as Kenya-Zambia Export Partnership Enters Implementation

Following the award of the Ndege Goat Farms tender, formal registration with the Business Registration Service of Kenya marks the entity's transition from procurement into active implementation.

For Immediate Release:

The Ndege Group, Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® (ASDT), confirms the formal registration of "Ndege MarketPlace and Sindiyo Farms" with the Business Registration Service of Kenya. Registration Number BN-ZWSAV8Y7 formalises a community based, owner-operated export partnership between ASDT® and Sindiyo Farms, a new and growing holding SPV with livestock and agriculture interests stretching across Kenya, Zambia, the Central African Republic, Gabon, Uganda, and Burundi. Sindiyo Farms' leadership is based in Kuwait, with its primary holdings concentrated in Narok, in southwest Kenya, and in Choma, within the goat rearing heartland of Zambia's Southern Province. The entity now enters its implementation phase.

One Vehicle Among Many

Ndege MarketPlace and Sindiyo Farms joins a growing constellation of owner-operated vehicles through which the Trust conducts genuine community based partnerships across the continent. Where Ndege Gold© coordinates sovereign mineral value chains through concessions in the DRC and Ghana alongside cooperative partners, this newly registered entity anchors the export of livestock, tea, coffee, herbs, flowers, minerals, chicken, milk, and fabrics from Kenyan and Zambian soil toward target markets in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Luxembourg, Australia, and the United States. Each vehicle shares a single mandate, building local processing capacity so that as much value as possible is retained where the goods originate, rather than exported raw for others to refine.

Capital Structure and Local Ownership

Working capital for the acquisition, expansion, and processing infrastructure behind ventures of this kind is sourced in part from sovereign wealth funds backing food security programmes that align with the Trust's own investment principles, guidelines, and modalities. The Ndege Group Nominees Limited, the Trust's management company, holds the local ownership component of these arrangements in every jurisdiction where they operate. This public private partnership model has proven itself the most efficient structure available for attracting and managing international capital on the continent, since it keeps that capital inside a controlled, accountable framework answerable to local governance rather than distant boardrooms.

As with every economic activity ASDT® enters, the Trust's board has mandated community development as a condition of operation rather than a discretionary afterthought. Leadership is in active negotiation with local authorities to fund clinics, resource centres, roads, and football facilities in the communities where this partnership operates, consistent with the same social infrastructure commitment underpinning the Trust's work elsewhere on the continent.

From Source to Door

Products moving through this partnership are being onboarded to Ndege MarketPlace©, the Trust's blockchain based commerce platform running on OmniGaza®. Every transaction is recorded immutably, giving buyers a traceable record from source to door across ASDT®'s forming value chains. Direct purchase is now available, with the partnership's full catalogue joining the platform in phases as onboarding continues.

"An export line is only as strong as the ground it stands on. We do not extract value from a community and leave. We build the clinic, the road, and the pitch first, because a partnership that does not strengthen the place it comes from was never a partnership at all."

Aligned to the African Federation Treaty Framework©

This registration advances the same architecture set out in the African Federation Treaty Framework© (AFTF©), which holds that African resources must be owned, governed, and processed by African institutions before they reach the world. The Framework itself continues to progress in parallel, having now received written supportive correspondence from 16 defence and finance ministers across the continent, together with four informal endorsements from as many African heads of state, as ratification advances in careful, incremental steps. Ndege MarketPlace and Sindiyo Farms is a working instance of that principle, one vehicle among the many the Trust owner-operates toward the same end. Africans in the diaspora and buyers worldwide may request OmniGaza® access for African intelligence, shop directly on Ndege MarketPlace©, send money home, and exchange currency, building Africa through its foremost private entity under establishment.

Africa's ambition is equal to its architecture. The Architecture is in Motion.
