Digital FortificationThe Strategic Executive Office of Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® confirms the full activation of its proprietary, sovereign-grade communication and data architecture. This activation constitutes the secured digital foundation upon which the Central Bank of Africa℠ ecosystem and Ndege Money© are henceforth operated, supervised, and expanded. The architecture is the product of sustained institutional design and represents the formal transition of ASDT®'s entire data and correspondence estate from standard commercial infrastructure to a sovereign, integrity-verified perimeter maintained within The Ndege Group® ecosystem.
This infrastructure activation is not an incremental enhancement to existing systems. It is a complete reconstitution of the digital basis upon which institutional operations, intergovernmental correspondence, resource verification, financial settlement, and governance accountability are conducted within ASDT®. The architecture now activated sets the foundation upon which every subsequent continental initiative of The Ndege Group® will be built and secured.
The Multi-Protocol Settlement ArchitectureThe infrastructure activation advances a multi-protocol financial stack integrating strategic frameworks across Bitcoin, Ethereum (Base), and the Antelope protocol, anchored by institutional-grade settlement rails. This architecture bridges established SWIFT systems with grassroots mobile money infrastructure including M-Pesa, whilst maintaining absolute data sovereignty under the governance of the Pan-African Court℠. OmniGaza®, operating on the Antelope protocol, provides the high-performance governance and transaction transparency layer across the full stack, delivering 2-second transaction finality and 3,571 transactions per second throughput.
The significance of this multi-protocol approach resides in its refusal to privilege any single financial infrastructure as the terminal settlement layer. SWIFT carries the institutional credibility of decades of interbank settlement. M-Pesa carries the financial access of hundreds of millions of Africans for whom formal banking remains structurally unavailable. The architecture now activated honours both without subordinating either, and places sovereign governance accountability over the whole.
Locus Chain Protocol IntegrationThe Locus Chain blockchain protocol integration advances the immutability and integrity of ASDT®'s continental resource verification and institutional data architecture. By decoupling institutional memory and correspondence from standard commercial providers, The Ndege Group® secures the high-integrity perimeter necessary for blockchain integration and continental resource self-determination. Institutional records, intergovernmental agreements, resource verification certificates, and governance decisions within the ASDT® ecosystem are henceforth immutably recorded on this substrate, verifiably transparent, and accountable to no external commercial authority.
The integrity of a continental institution is the integrity of its records. An institution that cannot guarantee the sovereignty of its own data cannot guarantee the sovereignty of the resources it governs. The Locus Chain integration resolves this dependency at its structural root.
Sovereign Correspondence and Data TransitionEffective immediately, the Office of the Chairman and all ASDT® departments have transitioned all official correspondence and data-sharing to this secured, sovereign gateway. This transition encompasses all intergovernmental communications, institutional partner correspondence, internal governance records, financial settlement data, resource verification records, and strategic advisory documentation generated within the ASDT® ecosystem. No official communication of ASDT® or The Ndege Group® traverses standard commercial internet infrastructure from the date of this notice.
The institutional partner network of ASDT®, spanning no fewer than 63 formal engagement relationships across multilateral development finance institutions, bilateral development agencies, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, philanthropic endowments, and continental trade bodies, has been notified of this transition in accordance with ASDT®'s transparency and governance obligations. All future correspondence with those partners will originate from within the secured sovereign gateway.
The Sovereign Infrastructure Upgrade and Digital RolloutThe upgrade constituting the first phase of this sovereign infrastructure programme commenced with the migration of The Ndege Group® primary platform and institutional access point from the standard commercial internet layer onto a dedicated edge architecture and its own proprietary blockchain substrate. This transition incorporated deeper integration with The Ndege Group® strategic technology partners, encompassing the joint design of new hardware and software infrastructure purpose built for continental scale deployment across Africa, as well as the comprehensive modernisation of the institution's internal operational systems and official correspondence frameworks. The phased rollout of this upgraded digital estate commences with the revamped institutional website of Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® launching on 15 May 2026, followed by the beta version of Ndege MarketPlace© going live exactly eight weeks thereafter, with the full suite of iOS, Android, and web application platforms for the blockchain based ecommerce store, specialising in specialist African goods, entering live trading in Q3 2027 following a full year of testing and live trading, during which the Ndege Money© token serves as the primary payment method throughout the testing period. The integration of blockchain technology and digital currencies into this commercial architecture delivers verified transaction immutability, the elimination of third party settlement intermediaries, material reduction in cross border transaction costs, near instantaneous settlement finality, and the meaningful extension of financial participation to communities historically excluded from the formal financial system, each outcome constituting a measurable advancement of Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® mandate for the continent's sovereign economic self-determination.

The sovereign-grade data and communication architecture now operational within The Ndege Group® ecosystem constitutes the secured digital foundation upon which ASDT®'s full portfolio of continental financial, governance, commercial, and defence platforms will operate, including the Central Bank of Africa℠, the Pan-African Court℠, OmniGaza®, Ndege Money©, Ndege MarketPlace©, Ndege Aerospace©, The Ndege Foundation©, the United African Defence Force©, and all constituent funds and development finance vehicles of the Trust.
ASDT®'s institutional partner network, continental portfolio, and development finance mandate remain fully operational and are henceforth served by this enhanced sovereign infrastructure. ASDT® has informed the relevant parties within its institutional partner network of this activation in accordance with its transparency and governance obligations.
The Central Bank of Africa℠ operates as the monetary sovereignty institution of the African Federation, anchoring continental currency in verified mineral reserves and governed by accountability to the Pan-African Court℠. The data and communication architecture now activated represents the non-negotiable precondition for that mandate to be discharged with the integrity it demands. That precondition is now satisfied.
