The Federation
The Pan African Court℠ is proposed as the supreme judicial authority of the African Federation Treaty Framework©: the intended arbiter of sovereign disputes and guarantor of the continent's constitutional integrity, once ratified by member states.
Within the architecture the Federation proposes, justice would function as active, self-executing infrastructure rather than passive deliberation. The Court is designed to provide the legal certainty required to transition Africa from a continent of disparate jurisdictions into a singular and unified Sovereign Economic Bloc, backed by the continent's USD 29.5 trillion mineral endowment (Africa Finance Corporation, 2026).
Under Article 13 of the AFTF©, the Pan African Court℠ would hold Supremacy Override powers. This protocol is designed to ensure that Federation Law regarding the movement of Rare Earth Elements, strategic defence coordination, and sovereign finance takes precedence over conflicting national statutes, once ratified. The Court is designed to function as the judicial check and balance for the operational arms of the Federation, including the Central Bank of Africa℠ in its proposed oversight of the Gold Mandate, and the United African Defence Force℠ in its proposed legal framework for continental security and aerospace sovereignty.

Algorithmic Jurisprudence
The Pan African Court℠ is designed to be the first code-integrated judiciary of its kind. Through the OmniGaza® blockchain substrate, the Court is built to provide real-time settlement oversight for the continent's USD 29.5 trillion in mineral-backed value once operational. This integration is designed to allow smart contract adjudication and legal finality for self-executing sovereign agreements.
It ensures that the Gold Mandate is protected by both the law of the bench and the law of the code, through cryptographic truth. This convergence of legal theory and technical execution defines the sovereign digital substrate of the Federation: every transaction timestamped, immutable, and publicly verifiable.
The Court's primary jurisdictions include the protection of Sovereign Mineral Rights and the management of Rare Earth Element reserves against external extraction; resolution of constitutional conflicts between signatory nations and the Federation Central Authority; enforcement of the Master Sovereign Investment Agreement© protocols across all Federation markets; and regulation of the orbital and territorial sovereignty of Ndege Aerospace© and UADF℠ systems.
Architecture in Motion
The Pan African Court℠ currently operates from the Nairobi Judicial Secretariat as the primary High Bench for the Federation testing phase.
This initial deployment serves as the developmental substrate for a comprehensive judicial evolution. The strategic objective of this phase is the transition toward an enhanced and sovereign version of the continental court system. While the current seat of the African Union judicial branch remains in Arusha, the Federation envisions an upgraded institutional framework that integrates the existing Arusha capacity into the AFTF© v3.1 protocols.
This federative exercise is the judicial manifestation of Architecture in Motion. It moves beyond the colonial-era litigious frameworks of the past and into a future of Sovereign Algorithmic Justice. During this developmental cycle in Nairobi, the Court is refining the alignment of law, mineral wealth, and technology, establishing the finality required for a continent to move as one under a singular federated mandate.
