The African Charter

Africa's natural wealth is the sovereign inheritance of its people. It shall be managed with integrity, benefiting all Africans in perpetuity. No external party, institution, or arrangement shall hold jurisdiction over the disposition of Africa's sovereign resources except under terms freely and fully entered into by the Federation's constitutional bodies.

Aspiring to a cohesive economic space, this Charter envisions an Africa unrestrained by socioeconomic barriers, where trade and cultural exchange thrive while respecting national sovereignties. The intra-continental movement of capital, goods, services, and people shall be facilitated through the infrastructure of the Federation and its digital substrate, OmniGaza®.

Recognising economic integration as a path to global competitiveness, we commit to supporting the development of a unified African currency, enhancing stability and fostering independence from foreign financial volatility. The Ndege Money© framework and the Central Bank of Africa℠ constitute the institutional instruments through which this tenet is operationalised.

A commitment to build and maintain essential infrastructure spanning transport, education, healthcare, and energy, to ensure equitable access to resources and opportunities for all. The Federation's mandate portfolio — including the Unified Energy Grid, Sovereign Data Centres, and the Unified African Maritime Border — gives material form to this constitutional imperative.

African governance shall be grounded in transparency, accountability, and the rule of law, with a responsibility to elevate citizen welfare and uphold democratic principles. The Pan African Court℠ is designed to serve as the supreme judicial guarantor of this tenet, holding all Federation entities, including ASDT® itself, accountable under the proposed supremacy of the African Federation Treaty Framework©, once ratified.

This Charter enshrines the protection of Africa's ecosystems and cultural heritage as essential to its identity, promoting sustainable development that honours these assets. The Federation's extractive and industrial mandates, including Ethical Mining and Sustainable Farming, are constitutionally bound to operate within the environmental and cultural boundaries established by this tenet.

Africa invites collaboration with international allies who respect its sovereignty, share its ethical values, and commit to sustainable development in alignment with African priorities. All partnership arrangements entered into by ASDT® and its entities operate under its Master Sovereign Investment Agreement©, which holds this tenet as a non-negotiable condition of engagement.
