The Ndege Foundation’s REIT is pursuing an M&A exercise to acquire an 80,000-capacity eco-friendly arena in Nairobi. It will house the Trust’s headquarters, Ndege’s sports teams, the region’s premier public aquarium, and cultural initiatives such as The Ndege Philharmonic Orchestra & The Ndege Leadership Prize, advancing cultural and political excellence across Africa.

                      Ndege Protected Forest
The Ndege Foundation’s REIT is establishing Ndege Protected Forests, having began with a 1,100-acre expanse in Machakos, Kenya, aiming for full protection status. With the support of Ndege Aerospace’s partners, this project is establishing a carbon-credit programme, actively promoting sustainability and combating climate change while preserving Kenya’s natural heritage through innovative conservation efforts.

                      Ndege's Wildlife Sanctuary
The Ndege Foundation’s REIT is developing Ang’wen, The Manor, a wildlife and equestrian estate on a 11,000-acre conservancy at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro—the world’s tallest freestanding peak. Once complete, the resort shall support the Big Five, enhancing wildlife populations and safeguarding Africa’s majestic animals through sustainable UHNWI and political tourism.

                      PPP-Infrastructure
The Ndege Foundation’s REIT is advancing continental PPP infrastructure projects powered by joint ventures with its internal African Sovereign Development Finance Fund (ASDF), focusing on transport networks, water management, healthcare and education facilities, and renewable energy projects. These initiatives improve connectivity, sustainability, and essential service access across Africa.
